
MUSICAL THEATER
Learn, and combine, the basics of acting, singing and dancing then put on a full length musical at the end of the session. Theater is a useful training tool where students learn about relationships, motivations and conflict resolution, among other things. The students are involved in many aspects of the production including how to get the show from page to stage.

Musical Theater Attendance Policy:
There are no exceptions to missing/being late/leaving early from any of the
following rehearsal and show dates without director approval
*ALL Musical Theater students are required to attend stated weekend rehearsals
* Every day of rehearsals during "tech week"
(Tech week is the week before the shows when all of the technical elements come together and the show is run through, Monday - Thursday before the show dates.
* All shows in November
COSTUME DESIGN & SEWING
Learn to Design and formulate the plan for the costumes as well as how to follow a pattern. Transform a piece of fabric into a gorgeous costume you get to see in action in the next on-stage production.

TAP DANCING

2025 Fall Tap Classes begin Monday, August 25th​
Last tap class will be Monday before tech week. Date TBD.

Beginning Level
Grades K-3rd
2:00 - 2:30 pm
Learn the basics of tap while exploring rhythm and music. Learn steps like a shuffle and flap and how to combine them together to work into a routine.
Intermediate Level
Grades 4th-8th
2:30 - 3:30 pm
Explore advanced tap steps and choreography while playing with steps and rhythm. Advance your skills and combine the steps into a routine at the end of the class.
GENERAL POLICIES FOR ALL CLASSES
1. All tuition payments are due no later than the first class date. If this is a financial burden, please email to arrange a time to speak with the Director, Kimberly Krol, to discuss the situation (centerstagetheaterarts.com).

2. Full refund before first and second classes. 50% refund after the second class but before the third class. There are no refunds after completion of the third class. If there are extenuating circumstances, contact Kimberly Krol to discuss the situation (centerstagetheaterarts.com).
